Did you choose my house because of its location and Price, an old Japanese style house, or was it because of me?
Thank you for reserving my Guest House, Oomiya-base. I would appreciate it if you could watch some information on check-in.

• During check-in, you have the option to enter the house even if I am not present. Please fill out the reception slip provided. Also, there is a book that provides information on the area, prices, and house rules, so please take a look.

• If you want to check in early or leave late, it is possible outside of normal hours. Outside of opening hours, there will be an extra fee for using the shower, kitchen, and air conditioning.

• Our recommendation is to check in early and explore the surrounding area by bike. Upon entering the entrance, you will find my contact information. Please call me instead of emailing me. Wi-Fi is available at our location.

• If you enter my house after the check-in time, you do so at your own risk.

• At 10pm, the entrance and other lights are shut off, but the automatic lights will remain on. Please feel free to come and go as you please, but please be considerate of your neighbors and other guests.

一応英語で判るかチャレンジしたと思います。大体わかるっしょ！でも一応。。

１．チェックイン、僕が居なくてもどうぞお入りください。リビングの受付票記入の上で、案内を見ておいて下さい。

２．チェックインとアウトの時間、お任せします。但し、時間外の風呂（シャワー）利用、キッチンやエアコン利用は別途料金です。

３．早めに来て近所を自転車で探索というのもおススメです。玄関入ると僕の連絡先がありますので、電話下さい。（メールだと気付かない！）

４．チェックイン時間（21時）を過ぎての入館は自己責任でお願いします。（どこに何がある、どんな使い方？）事前連絡により対応できる場合もあります。

５．22時には玄関他消灯しますが、オートライト等で灯りは点きます。出入りは自由ですが、ご近所や他のゲストの事も考慮して下さい。

さて、あとは食事の事も考えてもらおう！うちは一応飲食業許可取ってる。朝食と夕食準備できます。その辺、今までは来てから聞いてたけど、万が一でもここで見る人があれば、事前に選べるっしょ！なので書いときます。
